I just wear the regular athletic shorts that are not so baggy or so tight. I also wear a regular tee-shirt most of the time. I feel it would be better to wear the above outfit whilst training for a race and then switch to the tight shirts and "biker" shorts for a race, because you would hae less resistance and be and feel faster than when you train in the "parachute" clothing. Nothing better than passing a poseur all "Postaled" out when I am wearing everyday clthing.
