The officer who ticketed me then pulled me over again claims to have given up on me. The second time around I had the paperwork with me from my appeal where the original ticket was thrown out in the CoCP (yes, I carried this with me for four years knowing I'd encounter him again). He "doesn't agree" with the court decision and told me I am "on my own" if something happens while I'm riding in the right lane.
FWIW, between my neighborhood and 202, there are over 20 right turn only/slip lanes in 3 miles.
Ah yes, the old self righteous cop enforcing their own personal rules. Right up there with the judge that makes up their own laws... So much for "Rules of the Road" as preached by folks such as John Forester... apparently such rules of the road don't apply if certain LEOs are on duty.
