I did write a letter to WAMU (see above post), and I'm going to send it to Mr. Kalb as well. I addressed his commentary point by point, with good grammar and politeness. Feels good to have something worth writing letters about...
I think the most annoying part of his rant is that he assumes people ride bikes only for pleasure. HEY!!! I ride my bike to work, I ride it for errands, I ride it to see friends. I even commute through Rock Creek Park on my bike sometimes
