Au contraire, my little-Campaign-hat wearing friend! as a matter of fact, this was my Facebook status last week:
"Miss Kenton" is watching the TDF and wondering...the toughest atheletes in the world, beautiful scenery and architecture, thrills and spills, European history, announcers with calm, well-modulated voices and beautiful English accents, and hundreds of lovely men in colorful, form-fitting outfits...How can this NOT be the #1 televised sporting event viewed by women? I ask you!
I forgot to include the lovely and beautifully-clad Podium girls.
What I find interesting is that some seem to feel that with all that I've listed above, something is missing from the TDF. This begs the question: Why don't those less than satisfied with the exciting and elegant TDF as it is, turn the channel and watch something more to their taste, say, "WWF Wrestling" or "Girls Gone Wild?" You know, somewhere where the women are proud to debase themselves for the titillation of lonely men.
