Not an entire loss - some of the Raleighs in the pile appear halfway decent for the individual collector to tinker with.

HOWEVER - the idea of asking for one rebuilt child's bikes for each full junker is pure greed. I'd laugh in their face at the suggestion - it is nothing short of an insult.
