Crashed on a descent at the 100 km point of a 200K randonnee
Result:
-- concussion
-- separated left shoulder
-- badly bruised left hip
-- ripped up legs and knees
-- scraped up and slightly sprained right hand
But I finished the ride!!
And 3 days later I attempted a 400K and made it a little over halfway before having to call it quits ... just too painful.
I've done worse in a non-cycling incident.
