Hate to tell you but metal doesn't come in 3x3x3 cubes.So unless your going to use drops for prototype material,70 series aluminum in small quantities is not cheap.A 3x3x3 drop is going to cost you $10-$15 bucks.

New material will come 3x3x12 is a standard size.

For a couple hundred bucks you MIGHT be able to get somebody to make your parts on a manual machine,depending on the time involved.2 or 3 hundred dollars will buy a tool bit or 2 for a CNC machine.

Good luck,we need more stuff made here but it's hard to compete against another country with labor rates 20 times lower than ours.
