Have you heard of the 3rencho?
It's great for a small saddle bag, I currently have one in my commute kit; the design is for torque to be applied through stepping on the lever.
There's also a raw edition that's cheaper.
I was just looking at those earlier. Total sucker for good product design, but I'll find a cheaper alternative for the time being.
