Testing my bent Raleigh Grand Prix frame's significant left lean I hit a pothole. When I lunged for the handlebars they were off to my left ofcourse. Did a superman and landed on my right palm to protect my face. Some scrapes and broke radial head in my right elbow.
I always wear my helmet, because you never know what will surprize you next.
