Took the road bike out this evening and have been experiancing pain in my palms.

Since I got into riding again, my palms really do hurt. I bought padded gloves and also bought a new adjustable stem and moved the stem and handbars up. They still hurt.

Anyone have this issue? or have any ideas how to fix it?
