I installed Cane Creek gum hoods on Campy Nuovo Record levers and the fit is less than perfect. The rubber at the base of the lever caused the lever to spring back rather abruptly, but when I trimmed it to fit, the hood slipped out of place prompting me to beleive I should have left well enough alone.
