I have an opportunity to purchase a 2000ish Bob Jackson touring model with about 3000 miles on it. Local purchase, so I'll be able to inspect it before buying. It was a custom build with a 1" headtube extension.

I know Jackson has had it's ups and downs through the years, but is a 2000 vintage a good year or should I avoid it?
