Thanks guys! Devinfan, there aren't any holes for a headbadge, so it makes it a bit more mysterious. I understand if this is an 'unidentifiable' frame. I was just sort of hoping that someone would have a critical piece of identifying knowledge that hadn't occurred to me!

Any recommendations regarding how to refinish / paint the frame?
