So i bought a specialized tricross brand new about a months ago and i have been back 3 times first time cuz there is the terrible noise coming from the back of the bike and they sai it was some bearings that crapped out and they ordered a new part under warrenty and then i started hearing this clicking noise brought it in and they tightened the crank and then said take it for a ride. I took it for a ride and nothing changed brought it back and agin and they took the crank apart and said something behind the crank was loose and tightened it up and now it is doing the same thing and im suposed to bring the bike in tomorrow to get it fixed again. You can actually grab one of the crank arms and rock it back and forth. I called the shop tonight and expressed i am unhappy with the bike and even if they fix it all under warrenty i dont want the bike because it dont want this same crap happening when it goes out of warrenty. the guy there said that he didnt think there was any return policy. Any one else run into this issue with a tricross or a shop that wouldnt take the bike back. if so any sugestions
