Other than heavier tires currently I don't think anything would change the weight by much. The rear derailleur broke and was replaced by a Shimano model, pedals were replaced by SPDs, chain and freewheel have been replaced, and the front rim wore out. None of those changes made any significant weight increase and it was weighed without the rear rack or third bottle cage.
