Different sizes of course!
I have over 6,000 miles on the set of 28's with on problems what so ever.
IMO; It's the best overall tire for city riding.
Some tires wear a bit better, some are lighter, some may feel better,
but when you combine all of these things, it's the ribmo's for me.
