Specialized Allezs have been made a long time - are you looking for the old steel cro-moly ones, or the more modern aluminum and aluminum/carbon models? My former roomie was a very strong 6'4", and the only bike that didn't creak under him was a Cannondale. Having said that, the C'dale was one of the few available oversized aluminums back in the day. An older Masi 3V would be sweet for you, too; I just wouldn't recommend anything with the older smaller diameter tubing - it just isn't stiff enough for a big guy. Best of luck.
