I hate the logical disjunctions at play here....I've very rarely seen a pizza being delivered on a pair 700cc's but it was always "probably some delivery guy" when a bike goes missing.

Yeah, people are going to commit a felony so they can ride around with hot food @ 8mph on a stiff fork & skinny wheels with a pizza balanced on top of their basket on the same predictable route day in, day out. Great idea.
