After some research I finally found a bike with the right stuff for the right price that I will be turning into my commuter.
I believe it is an 84 Lejeune with no model name that I can find.
To be brutally honest I don't know if this bike is worth anything.
There is very little info out there for them and I have not seen anything other than the Lejeune Pro which I think is a much earlier model.
I do believe it is made with a Vitus tube set and it has forged dropouts but the build quality is less that stellar.
With all that said I am planning a rather unconventional build to make it more commuter and less road bike.
It may anger some of the purists out there but I am aiming for a much more usable ride and I wanted a decent frame to start from.
This frame seems to fit the bill.
Not too bad but not great.
Stay tuned for updates...
