It's hit or miss, but if you follow the thread on RBR, you should be able to find a reputable vendor. The problem is little to no support, and resale as mentioned earlier.

Why not just get a PedalForce CG2? Group buy ends on the 7th, but if they have 50 people (and it seems very likely they will), it will be $450 + 100 for the fork. In the same price range as the Chinese frames, but you get to deal with a reputable company and get a warranty.
