I would switch rear wheels , it sounds like the dish is not far enough. you said that the derailler hanger is straight, and the dropout is not bent...
I would double check the hanger angle with a dropout hanger guage by myata.
It will measure and, if needed, reset the correct alignment of the drop out hanger.
Lastly I would check the limit screws on the rear derailler.
2 many bikes is so correct...; hurry up and fix it now ,
because if you wait, you could really screw up the back wheel, rear derailler, or your head when you crash .
