cool bike, yeah, with 230lbs + stuff you will discover the limits to those wheels. Your tires already have a slick center section, are you just noticing how squared off the rear tire is getting, you're not seeing threads are you? My experience is like others, front tires last about 3X longer. That is a beefy tire and should last a long while, how many miles on it?
