Thanks so much, I'm sure it's guaranteed, the first time I picked it up and rode it,the front derailleur wasn't working at all. I couldn't shift at all. This is supposed to be a reliable shop, I'm starting to have second thoughts.

Is there a chance it's something else? I want to go in there with some ammo b/c these guys like to make you feel like you don't know what you're doing.
