this was a bit of a tuffy but I may have an answer. I believe the frame is a Transparent or Red wine (speccs say transparent color chart shows red wine) any if that is the color the frame is very likely to be TSX not EL. that is the closest to this color with chrome I see. everything else is much brighter red, like ferrari red.
the frame came as frame fork only or a complete bike with Chorus. which way it came is anyones guess. it is a Reparto Corse frame which sets it apart from other Bianchis. check for rifling at the bottom of the seat and down tubes.
