But seriously, yeah, you can usually find some guidelines from the parts manufacturers if you're willing to dig for them. And some of them don't work IRL, some work too well and break stuff, some of them have wildly different results depending on what's lubricated or not... fun. I think I have a document laying around with some of the values we use as starting points at work, lemme see here...
