Well, I've pretty much spent all day researching and now am considering the Giant suede 7 speed bike as well as the trek navigator. I will try to test both of these tomorrow. I couldn't find the weight limit for the suede in the owners manual if anyone can comment on that I would appreciate it. Thanks for all your help, will let you know what I decide. The suede seems to be very well liked for what I would use it for, is about the right price and comes in purple which is my fav color!
