One of the earlier posters said that non-Specialized shops can't even order Specialized stuff. Is that true? It sounds like Specialized puts restrictions on LBS's which basically forces the LBS's to sell only, or at least mainly, Specialized stuff. That makes it tough for smaller shops.

Based on the comments in this thread, I don't think I can trust a Specialized dealer. I prefer a shop that sells a wide variety of bikes, not one that takes a business risk by selling a Surly.
