Couple cans of Progresso soups, couple pouches of tuna + condiment packs (mayo, salsa, relish) to make tuna salad. Sometimes a row of saltines, sometimes a pack of pita as a tuna delivery system.
Large coffee cup for soup. Small coffee cup for bev's. Teabags, home-ground coffee and an insulated French Press.

Desk fan for cooling and accelerating clothes drying.

1 patch kit, 2 CO2 carts, a folding set of metric Allen wrenches, small bottle of chain lube.
