Runner/Swimmer Triathlete
I was a triathlete before I took up serious running, but after about 9 months of hard run training and about 6 months of swim training, I feel like my biking skills are seriously lacking. During an average ride, I feel like I have the required cardio to keep going, but my legs just won't do it for me. My track running PB's are...
800m- 2:15.31
1500m- 4:49.xx
3000m- 10:55.xx
...and my swimming PBs are...
50 free- 33.51
100 free- 1:24.xx
200 free- 3:06.xx
50 fly- 35.61
Any advice that anybody has to offer about ANYTHING would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks all,
