Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

+1. Shimano freehubs are quiet but not completely silent. They are quieter than most other brands however as you will notice if you ever ride with someone with Campy, DT or Chris King hubs.
