What are you the manager of this place or what. You have to be in sales seeing as how bias you seem towards the shops perspective. The owner admitted there was wrongdoing by one of his employees and was angry yet you keep defending the shop to the death. It sounds like the head guy did rectify the situation. It also sounded like some stuff went on that shouldnt have. Why are you refusing to recognize this. Try being a little more objective.
