Weight is about 23.8 and can be reduced by changing the wheels to the road ones.
Good looking bike and the modifications sound like nice upgrades. What do you mean about changing the wheels to road wheels? Aren't they road wheels, or do you want a lighter set of rims? I ask that because I don't believe a road hub would fit the frame due to the geometry set up for discs. I think the frame would be too wide.
