What are they replacing? Maybe your original wheels were better than you thought....
So the changes I felt:
-able to keep a straighter line/maintain higher speed
-faster descents down hills
-climbing hills were a little easier
^^What more did you expect? These are all good reasons to upgrade your wheels.
