Runner1 could turn this to his advantage given his eventual chemical engineering creds, having identified a technical need and with his new-found knowledge of air valves. He can design a tube insert with some kind of binary which releases inert gas at high pressure, activated by a pressure sensitive valve. It would maintain constant 110psi for three months or more, mitigating this constant presta twisting and pumping procedure. You could see a whole career out of this for a bright chemical engineer with Presta experience.
