Not really. I pack it tight as well as possible and it still happens somehow. Most of the time there is no space because I often carry my camera and a phone with me and I don't wanna put those where there is a lot of vibration as well. I use a waist bag. Pump and everything else fits good in there and there is no noise. It's not the best idea as far as comfort goes but most of the time I forget it's there.
