+1 - Many moons ago, i was walking my bike up a hill after realizing 46/15 wasn't gonna cut it on day 3 of riding fixed. Some fully-kitted dudebro on a madone passes me and says "if you had gears, you wouldn't be walking". Couldn't really say anything because I was in fact walking, but yeah, that was awesome.
