noob needs wheel help for 2004 Specialized S-Works E5 commuter bike build

I was wondering if I could gets some advice from the experts here.

I just bought a never used 2004 Specialized S-Works E5 Road Frame and carbon fork (62") for cheap.

I have never had anything but no name bikes before and this will be my first build up....and i am a bit clueless. My question here has to do specifically with wheels. First a bit of background, I am 6'4"(235lbs) so I want really tough wheels as I am not gentle and do curb hop. I also plan on this being a fixed gear using an ENO rear hub. I want this to be a very fast commuter over the sometimes rough and bumpy roads of Fort Lauderdale, which means lots of speed up/slow-down between lights and traffic, and going on curbs when needed. I do realize this will be a very stiff and bumpy ride, but what I want is the fastest ride possible for transit....no ride I do will be longer than 30minutes...an hour very occasionally...so I am ok that this bike does not have hybrid/touring type comfort.

My question is considering my size and sometimes (50%) poor road conditions, what are the biggest wheels I could fit on this bike front and rear (i am ok with them being different if need be). I am assuming that 32s would not fit, but could 28s fit front and rear? I was planning on using Velocity Deep V rims to add stiffness for my large size, but also open to suggestions on rims as well. Would Velocity Chukkers be overkill if I could run 28s? I wont be using a rear brake, and can get any front brake that will allow for larger wheels(any recommendations for front brake to accommodate big wheels also appreciated)...so basically this should come down to what the frame/fork allows...at least I think. I do not have any wheelsets to compare to, nor am i sure how far up the frame to measure to gauge this.

I was thinking of running gatorskins or schwalbe marathons(if running 28s or 32s), but any advice on tires is also welcomed. Looking for a road only super tough puncture resistant tire with good performance. As mentioned, I am in florida so only rain to worry about.

Many thanks for any advice. It will truly help me out before ordering components.
