You asked for advice, here's my two cents: use some common sense, and stop acting like you're Mahatma Gandhi whenever you get called out for knowingly breaking the traffic laws.

. I know the laws for parking lots. But agreeably, I was going too fast which happens, but I understand why the officer pulled me over.
LOL. Ghandi. I dont think he was much of a cyclist. I think he was a walker more so.
