Yea its pretty much off peak.

Will be on the road from 6:30 to 7:30am, and from what I've seen driving at 7:30-8:00 there isn't much traffic at all.
And at night, 6:00 till 7:00. (of course thats if it takes an hour).

I think thats off peak, no?
