It's the exact same frame as the SE Premium Brew except for the finish.

I had a Premium Brew and loved it. The frame is built by Maxway in Taiwan and the overall quality was really nice. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the cable stops and the BB was a little lower than most track frames.

For the money it's being sold for on Bike Island, I think it's a pretty good deal for a lugged frame.
