OK, that link worked and it is indeed a proprietary bb design. I hope replacement bearings are available and a standard type. Once you remove them, take them to a bearing supply house for matching.

You might contact Trek, Fisher's current owner, to see if they still have any replacement parts available but I would hold little hope for that.

The special removal tool can probably be duplicated with a socket large enough to fit the bearing's outer race but clear the frame's shell.
