Bikes: Santa Cruz Blur TR, Cannondale Quick CX dropbar conversion & others

Dahut, a 700x28 tire will easily support 200 pounds on the right wheels. (Anything but ultra low spoke count, really.)

The Vittorias are good suggestions.
