I train with weights, floor exercises w/DVDs, and yoga. I believe weight-bearing, resistance and flexibility training may help stave off osteoporosis. I fit the profile for it, (tall, thin, fair, female and 50+ ), so I'm not taking any chances!

From my experience, cycling, combined with weight training and yoga helps develop definition, toning and flexibility over my entire body.
