You might contact Trek, Fisher's current owner, to see if they still have any replacement parts available but I would hold little hope for that.
The special removal tool can probably be duplicated with a socket large enough to fit the bearing's outer race but clear the frame's shell.

The bearings in that BB are a standard size. Any bearing house should have them. If not, Bike Tools Etc:
