yea, but going to a simpler aero brake lever will let you sell the brifters and recoup some costs..

though I think the levers you have are from a lesser parts group
than as you describe
"shifting paddles behind the brake lever" 105 model or better..

Bar end shifters work fine, even if you have a triple crankset.
