I agree with Carleton. 16k is absurd for that bike. Sure its amazing and was great for its time, but even the seller himself recommends against riding it and instead placing it as a decoration piece. I'd rather put 1/4 of the price of that bike into an incredibly functional, top of the line, quality ride.
