Virtually impossible to find a Cannondale fork, so either go with a replacement steel fork from Niagara (says it's for 27" wheels but fits a 700), or go the carbon threaded route.

Many (not me) have tried it, all say they like it.

Or, try one of the many available Paramount forks on eBay.
