I'd say anyone on a cell phone/handsfree device. It doesn't matter if it's bluetooth or a transmitter that utilizes a cars sound system for the phones audio. Talking on a phone is not smart. Oh people who are talking on their cell phone while going around curves/turns. Don't they realize that talking on a cell phone while making a curve/turn is even more dangerous than going straight?
Cyclists who talk and text while on their bikes.
Cyclists who routinely break the law i.e., runs red lights/stop signs, rides against traffic, without lights. etc.
Yeah, you're right. I don't think I've seen a cyclist on a cell phone yet. I carry mine, but I will stop and break for a few minutes if I need to make a call.
Scofflaws don't really make me nervous, they just irritate me.
Gotta love tailgaters too. Especially if they are tailgating someone on a bike.
