Bob, That's a great story! It's been told before but certainly not as interesting as the way you put it. You should write for a magazine. Congrats on getting a new bike and enjoy the ride. There's nothing like riding but be forewarned, if this riding thing becomes an addiction, you'll be doing this again when looking for a road bike. I've been there, done that.
