Tire isn't bulging around it. The nice design of the GP 4000 is what kept you from getting a flat from whatever it is you ran over. As for "seeing" what it is you ran over....ask the thousands who have flats whether they "saw" what it was that they ran over. Personally I don't see pieces of metal and glass when struggling to hold a wheel.

Your tire isn't bulging around the cut. Ride it. Move on.
